Subscription Information

For new subscribers, you'll be charged for your first pair of Awesome Socks when you sign up. All following Awesome Sock orders will charge on the first of each month, beginning in February.

Your socks will ship around the 3rd or 4th week of the month. You can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info when your order is shipped. If you don't see this email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam/junk folders and add "hello@dftba.com" to your email contacts list.

If you sign up for a new subscription between October 31st and November 14th, 2022, then your first pair of socks will ship to you by the end of January 2023. Then beginning in February, you'll be charged on the first of each month and your socks will ship around the 3rd of 4th week of that month.

Domestic orders typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive once they’re shipped. International orders may take up to 6 weeks. 

Socks shipping to addresses in the EU will ship from our warehouse partner in the Netherlands. These will ship via DHL Global Mail and should arrive within 3-8 business days after being shipped.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to do this yet. We’re hoping to someday build a more robust system for subscription management, but for now the only option is to cancel. 

Our standard Awesome Socks Club subscription is perpetual but you can cancel any time. If you have the gift subscription, your subscription will be automatically cancelled after your December 2022 order is processed. 

During our first year, customers signed up for a one-year subscription that cancelled after the December socks shipped. But then we discovered that a solid majority of people thought that their subscriptions were perpetual, and that was causing a lot of confusion. So we switched to perpetual subscriptions. 

Yes! You can cancel your subscription any time by logging to manage your account (see the Account Management FAQ for more info).

Please note that cancelling your subscription will not cancel any orders that have recently processed and have not yet shipped. If your order has not yet shipped, please reach out to us at hello@dftba.com to cancel your ordeer.
