Subscription Information

Thanks for joining the club!

Your first order of socks processes immediately and you'll receive a surprise pair of crew socks for this first order right away. If you ordered ankle socks, your first pair will be crew socks and then you'll receive ankle socks for your next order and every order after that.

The date you sign up will determine when your next subscription order will process.

  • If you sign up on or before the 24th, then your next subscription order will process on the 1st of the immediately following month. (Ex: Sign up on June 16th and your next subscription order will process July 1)
  • If you sign up on or after the 25th then the next subscription order will not be processed in the immediately following month, but the month after. (Ex: Sign up on June 27th and your next subscription order will process on August 1st)

For new subscribers, you'll be charged for your first pair of Awesome Socks when you sign up. All following Awesome Sock orders will charge on the first of each month, beginning in February.

We aim to have all subscription sock orders shipped by the end of each month. If you sign up for a new subscription, your first mystery pair of socks will be shipped to you with 2-3 weeks of your first order.

You can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info when your order is shipped. If you don't see this email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam/junk folders and add "hello@good.store" to your email contacts list.

Domestic orders typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive once they’re shipped. International orders may take up to 6 weeks. 

Your Awesome Socks Club subscription will continue until you cancel it. You can cancel any time by logging into your subscription portal.

If there is an issue with processing payment, our system will attempt to process the new order up to 3 times (once every 2 days) and if payment isn't successfully processed, your subscription may be canceled. If this happens, don't worry! You can log in to your portal to update your payment information and reactivate your subscription.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription any time by logging to manage your account (see the Account Management FAQ for more info).

Please note that cancelling your subscription will not cancel any orders that have recently processed and have not yet shipped. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us to cancel your order.
